Perpetual Mass Intentions, which will be celebrated through the Missionaries of St. Charles, are available through the Parish Office.
With each "Perpetual Mass Intention" you may request a formal rememberance card be sent to the individual (if living) or the family of the deceased the request was made for. For each card, a donation of $10.00 is requested. Complete the request form which can be accessed and printed by clicking on the printable form button on the right side of the page. Mail the completed form and check to St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, 160 Court St., Buffalo, New York 14202.
The remembrance card covers are available in two colors. WHITE and POWDER BLUE.
For each "COVER STYLE," there are two photo choices available. To view the covers and the photo choices available, "click" on the button on the right for the desired cover style.
The photos will appear on the left side as the printed remembrance card is opened. On the right side, a certificate of acknowledgement will appear as shown below. The certificate is identical in both cards. The Mass Intention may be requested by completing the "Request Form" and mailing it with your donation to the Parish Office. The form may be accessed by clicking on the "printable form" button on the right.
